Glass Bongs

Glass bongs offer a smoother smoking experience, better flavour preservation and easier cleaning compared to other materials. They’re also durable and don’t affect the taste of your smoke.

Consider your smoking habits and storage space. Small bongs (20-30cm) are great for portability, while large bongs (40cm+) provide cooler hits. Choose based on your preference and experience level.

Glass bongs are legal to sell and own in Australia when used with legal herbs. However, using them with illegal substances is prohibited. Always check your local laws and regulations.

Regular cleaning is essential. Use isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, shake well and rinse thoroughly with warm water. For tough residue, let it soak before cleaning. We also offer specialised bong cleaners, such as Formula 420, which can clean your bong in one minute.

Glass beaker bongs have a wider base, offering more stability and water capacity. Whereas straight tube bongs are more streamlined and provide direct hits. Both are popular choices among glass bong enthusiasts.

Yes! Many of our glass bongs feature ice catchers. Adding ice cubes can cool the smoke, providing a smoother hit. Just be careful not to overfill or use too much ice.

Percolators are additional water chambers that filter and cool smoke. They provide smoother hits but can make cleaning more challenging. They’re great for experienced users looking for an enhanced experience.

While glass bongs are more delicate than plastic or silicone, high-quality borosilicate glass is quite durable. Handle with care and your glass bong can last for years.

Store your bong in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consider using a padded case for extra protection. Always empty and clean your bong before storage to prevent residue buildup.

Glass bongs are typically larger and offer more filtration, while bubblers are smaller, more portable versions that combine elements of bongs and pipes. Bongs generally provide cooler, smoother hits.

For the best experience and hygiene, change your bong water after each use. At minimum, change it daily if you’re a frequent user. Fresh water ensures cleaner hits and prevents residue buildup.

While glass bongs are primarily designed for dry herbs, some can be adapted for concentrates with the right accessories. Check out our dab rigs or multi-use bongs for concentrate consumption.

Safety first! Carefully dispose of any broken glass. If it’s a small, replaceable part, check our bong parts section. For major breaks, it’s usually best to replace the entire bong. We offer a range of affordable options. Or, contact us to discuss replacement options.
