Is it illegal to buy a Waterpipe?
We can understand your concerns, but there really is no need to worry. Waterpipes are not illegal to buy or own, however in some states it is illegal to use them to consume illegal substances. We ship them legally from our Northern NSW location, Australia-wide with Australia Post. You can’t get in trouble or have items confiscated, because there are no laws being broken. And for your peace of mind, we also ship in discreet, unmarked, generic-looking parcels with no reference to bongs or Glass Bongs Australia.

Why are high end Bongs so expensive?
High quality glass smoking products vary in price greatly. High end bongs are made in places like North America, Germany or Australia and so the pricing largely reflects: the quality of glass, the attention to detail, quality control, development and processes such as annealing that make borosilicate glass very strong and resistant to breakage from thermal stress.

Are our products genuine?
Absolutely all of our products are genuine. We do not sell fakes and we are active in stopping the sale of counterfeit and fake products in Australia. How are my personal details being used?

A valid phone number, email address and postal address are required for us to send orders. Additionally, we use SSL protection and encrypted data storage of your personal and order information. How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been paid and you wish to cancel it – please get in touch with us to cancel it for you. In the event that you wish to cancel your order after being paid, as long as the order has not already shipped, we can cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

What do I do if I receive a broken product?
We apologise if you have received a product that has broken in transit. Despite our diligence with packing, we cannot fully prevent breakages. The day that you receive your order, please contact us immediately with a photo of the breakage, the box it came in and the address label. Please do not use the item and do not attempt to fix it. We cannot accept returns for used or repaired items. There are no exceptions.

If the item passes our first visual check we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.

You have three options for how you'd like to proceed from there.

1.) We can easily swap or exchange out your return for a new item, new item colour etc.

2.) We can issue you store credit for your return.

3.) We can issue a complete refund.

Do you have a store I can go into?

Why is my discount not applying to products in my cart?
There are various reasons why discounts are not applied to particular products. Some of our products are custom made and have been meticulously set at a price to account for the design and manufacturing process for that specific product. Vaporisers are excluded from discounts as these are already competitively discounted. Pre-sale products are also excluded from any discounts, as these are similarly already heavily discounted at an exclusive Pre-Sale price for customers before being set to full price once the product is stocked at our warehouse. Discounts cannot be applied to any bundles as these are bundled together at a discounted price.
