As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve every day, we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers and team members is our absolute priority. We care deeply about doing what we can to keep everyone safe during these unprecedented times.

Our online store remains open and we are continuing to dispatch your orders the same business day (when ordering before midday). We encourage you to continue ordering to support our small, local business.

We have had a large amount of inquires as to delivery estimates or for your orders not yet being delivered. Australia Post is facing a large backlog of parcels to process with limited staff for all of our safety.

Delivery WILL inevitably take longer than usual. Some orders are taking weeks to be delivered, as the time taken for thousands of orders to be sorted through the depot takes much longer. We have started to ship orders via alternate couriers (at our own cost) to ensure that all new orders are received as quickly as possible.

Our customer service team is working hard to answer all enquiries at this time. Our warehouse team is working around the clock just to get your orders dispatched the same business day with multiple couriers.

We are aware that getting in touch has been more challenging recently with longer wait times than usual. At this time we ask for your patience and respect when contacting our team.
